Farmer's market, nice, france, travel, travel blogger, the french riviera, mediterranean sea

When we arrived in Nice, France we had a little trouble finding our Airbnb apartment. As usual. Some exploration of the area revealed a large open space filled with several booths lined in a row. We had stumbled upon the market in Nice, France, which turned out to be just steps from the apartment we rented for our short two-day visit.

During the drive along the coast from the airport, the bright blue Mediterranean Sea and palm tree lined street convinced me that the two days we planned to stay would not be nearly enough. After stepping foot in our apartment with the most perfect view of the water, I was right. The French Riviera has so much to offer and while I did get to see some of the beauty during my stay, I can’t wait to go back. This first post highlights the farmer’s market in the square. We bought bread, cheese, fruits, flowers and gifts. I’ll never forget it!

I swear I’ve never tasted better croissants and donuts than I did in Nice. My mom and sister died over the goat cheese. Oh and the flowers were unbelievably affordable. We couldn’t resist buying some even though we would only get to enjoy them for a day.
