When it comes to wearing color, I always have a hard time incorporating it in my wardrobe. But this is especially true in the winter. I mean, it just makes sense to wear all black all the time, right? But there’s no denying that that can get a little dull and boring.
Wine is definitely my favorite color to add in the winter and it’s so easy. All you need is one accessory and you’re set for the season. I’ve had this bag and these boots (similar pair here!) for over two years now and they’re still my favorite colored accessories for winter.
This grey coat, on the other hand, is brand new. I ordered it on sale and ended up snagging it for half off – such an amazing deal! I love the lighter shade and I think it will brighten up a lot of outfits this season. My black jeans have been getting a lot of wear lately. I’ve just kind of been a little bit over plain jeans. And then I just went with a simple white button down for the top – always a solid choice!
The final touch was the deep red lip. I’m wearing Chanel 408 Jeanne, but I couldn’t find it online. This was the closest I could find and it looks pretty identical. Even if you don’t have colored accessories, you can always incorporate color in your makeup!
