I struggle with self love/care. Always have. So this morning I made myself an acai bowl, grabbed a blanket and a book and found myself on the couch. I wanted to climb out and make my hubby lunch and clean the house but forced myself to stay put. It was hard to do. But felt good. And felt like love.

Even though I am recovering with surgery I had yesterday, I feel the need to spread positive grace and kind vibes to everyone I see whether it may be stranger or a friend. Today I told over 100 women how beautiful they are, and still counting. I feel that confidence and self esteem is important within a woman’s soul, so to everyone whom read this: You are beautiful, and may your day be filled with grace and happiness.
