I could not be happier that spring is here. The weather in Atlanta has been pretty perfect lately and I have been in such a great mood basically 24/7, which is definitely not the case when it’s cold out! Yesterday Johnny and I went to to Target to do some browsing and way too much shopping. When I go to Target, I absolutely have to wear my glasses. I can’t see far away, so big stores are a nightmare if I forget them. Everything is so blurry and it’s super uncomfortable.
I recently got these brand new Tory Burch frames and sent them off to Crizal to have lenses put in. I was really excited to switch up my look a little. Don’t get me wrong, I love my other glasses, but they definitely don’t always go with my look. These frames are much lighter and daintier compared to my bold cateye frames, so I thought they were perfect to pair with my new bright pink romper (which is sold out where I got it, but available here!). When I got my glasses back in the mail I couldn’t wait to put them on. I have heard of Crizal before but never really bought into the hype. I mean glasses are glasses, right? Um, no. Definitely not.
It was like I was seeing a whole new world. Everything is so crisp and clear. Life in HD, I tell ya. After wearing them for a day, I found that my glasses had no smudges on them, which is like a miracle for me. My glasses are always dirty. I guess since I didn’t start wearing glasses until age 23, I just never got used to not touching them. Crizal lenses are actually smudge resistant – definitely a plus for me! Other perks of Crizal lenses are that they repel water, dust and dirt, they’re scratch-resistant and easy to clean, they eliminate glare, and provide 25 times more UV protection than going without eyewear.
Guys, I am totally sold and will never go back to non Crizal lenses!
Do you have Crizal lenses?
