Last year, bareMinerals came out with their first version of a liquid foundation called bareSkin. Ever since I first used it, I loved it and I’m not alone. So it only makes sense that bareMinerals kept the momentum going and created a brand new product that combines the best of a bb cream, a cc cream and a tinted moisturizer into one perfect product: Complexion Rescue. Since it came out on January 22, it was just in time for my Hawaii trip. I knew I would obvi be in the sun all day so the SPF & hydrating powers of the formula were just what I needed. So far, I’m in love!

The thing I love most about it, besides the fact that it’s hydrating and protects my face from the sun, is that it’s buildable. I got two colors, vanilla 02 & natural 05. First I put on the vanilla and then a couple minutes later I add a second layer of the natural color. The combination is perfect on my skin and it actually provides pretty great coverage, especially for a BB/CC cream. If I’m just staying at home, but want to hydrate throughout the day, I will put on just one layer of the lighter color. Hopefully after this trip I’ll only need the natural!

According to the packaging, Complexion Rescue is “loaded with skin-loving humectants and mineral electrolytes”. I’m not 100% sure what that means, but with these results, I am totally on board! Try Complexion Rescue for yourself & visit bareminerals.com for more info.

Have you tried Complexion Rescue yet?
