If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I went to California last week for a fun photo shoot. I can’t reveal any details yet, but I can share what I wore on my trip over! Since I was flying into Palm Springs, it only made sense to wear a palm style print. Plus the weather was going to be over 100 degrees, so pants or a maxi was absolutely not an option.

I didn’t have much time to get ready for this trip. I went straight from Alabama to Atlanta, unpacked, repacked and jetted off to Palm Springs. Rompers are so easy to just throw on, so I knew this was the perfect opportunity to wear my newest summer piece.

I love traveling with my Rebecca Minkoff crossbody. It’s so much lighter and easier than a tote, but it holds a good amount of my travel essentials. It’s the perfect bag for a day of flying!
