A couple weeks ago, my best friends Danasia invited me to join her for a weekend in Guadeloupe. It was my first time hearing of the Caribbean Island, so I had no idea what I was in for. But of course I said yes and two days later, we were on the inaugural AirFrance flight […]
I mean, it only makes sense to wear blue and white in Santorini, right?! I guess this shirt is a little greenish blue, but whatever. Close enough. When I saw this top at South Moon Under, I immediately knew I had to wear it during my Greece trip. I am obsessed with the bell sleeve trend, plus add an off-the-shoulder? I am so in.
I’m so excited that I got to rent a little car in Santorini! I always say that renting a car is my favorite way to explore a country. I love driving around and discovering things on my own–and on my own time. I did exactly that in Santorini and boy, was it an experience.
When researching things to do in Santorini, one of the options that stood out to me most was the fact that the island has 40 wineries. Yes, please! When we checked into our hotel, we were offered a private wine tour, and we booked it right away.
All the pictures in the world could not have prepared me for the beauty of Oia, Santorini. It was everything I dreamed of and more. I constantly found myself staring out at the views and saying “It’s so pretty here!” The homes and buildings on the mountainside (this is called the “caldera”) is such a gorgeous view.
My favorite place to hang out in Split, Croatia was the promenade. There are several shops and restaurants all along the water where you can enjoy the gorgeous views and weather and eat some delicious food. And the food in Croatia is amazing. My favorite thing I had there were the potatoes. So buttery and […]
When my friend Claudia and I decided to make a quick trip to Croatia while we were in Venice, I did some research and ultimately decided on Split. It looked the coolest in all the photos, and we were able to find flights that worked with our schedule, so it was perfect. I knew some […]
I am all about visiting destinations when it’s not tourist season. Although Venice is pretty popular in September, it’s not the height of the season, so it wasn’t too incredibly crowded when I was there. We went not too long after the Venice Film Festival, which kind of seems to be the last big hoorah […]
