Soooo how is it September already? Does this mean it’s time to bust out sweaters, boots and pumpkin spice? Not in Atlanta, it doesn’t. It definitely still feels like summer here. But now that it’s September, the white girl in me is already excited for fall (but not cold weather). So I’m resorting to my transitional basics to get me prepared for fall fashion.

The outfit here was my first fall-ish look of the year and I’m really happy with it. I stuck to my usual basics for a clean and classic look. I wore this to the J.Crew event I hosted and was totally feeling the J.Crew vibes! I added glasses so I could see, plus they looked so J.Crew, right? Then for a little pop I did a red lip. The event was amazing and there was such an incredible turnout! I’m so thrilled with how amazing the event was!

If you haven’t had a chance to yet, I definitely recommend stopping by Ponce City Market. It’s so cool and there’s still so many new shops and restaurants opening up every day. Word on the street is they’re opening a carnival, complete with rides and prizes on the roof in 2016. Umm yes, please!!
