During my last outfit session, my photographer asked me to bring an extra dress to have a play shoot with. She wanted to snap some pics with her film camera and I loved the idea. We decided on this white dress (last seen here) and I love what we ended up doing.
I actually forgot to bring shoes for this dress, but I thought these wine colored would look good. But then I had a thought. Why not just go full hippie and just dance around barefoot? It felt so much more natural, even though I was in a corn field. I mean, who does this? Me, that’s who.
I never would have thought to wear this dress in the fall. But now I’m thinking I can wear it anytime. I always thought of it as a summer dress with the white color and lace detail, but I’m totally pulling it off, right? I could even wear it in the winter with some tall boots and a coat. Hey, it does have long sleeves after all!
How do you wear your summer dresses in colder weather?

Lovely! Makes me more confident to post my own experimental shoot with a dress and pretty much nothing else on the beach. At one point I even took off my glasses, haha. You look wonderful and so do these pictures.
