elsewhere brewing grant park atlanta, breweries in atlanta, casual outfit ideas, fall outfits, comfy dresses that are cute, casual style, local breweries

We have a new brewery in the hood! Ever since we moved to Grant Park in July, we’ve been excited to see the development of the community. In recent years, Grant Park was seen as a quiet, residential area, which it still is to a degree. I’m happy to say more and more small local businesses are popping up, even through this uncertain economy. One of those businesses is a new brewery at The Beacon, Elsewhere Brewing. The building was originally leased to a rum distilling brand, however, they were unable to bring their plans to fruition and Elsewhere seized the opportunity to lease the space for their new brewery. I, for one, am thrilled to have yet another brewery in the neighborhood!

It’s no secret that Ryan and I spend a lot of time at Eventide Brewing right down the road, and I have a feeling Elsewhere will be no different. The inside taproom is set up like a restaurant rather than a warehouse vibe like most breweries in Atlanta. And it makes sense – they will also be serving food. Woohoo! They’re set to open towards the end of the month and Ryan and I will certainly become some of their regulars!

Now for the outfit deets. For our little walk exploring the area, I threw on this I purchased exactly for that reason. It’s so quick and easy. Ryan and I love to go for walks and I do prefer to look at least semi-decent for public. This fits the bill perfectly. I had these set out to go with another outfit, but I liked how they looked with this dress, so I put them on and added my for some balance.

It’s not quite cold here yet, but we have had some patches of cooler weather. To be on the safe side for when the sun went down, I grabbed my . I usually wouldn’t pair these two colors together so I was surprised by how much I liked the combo. It feels very feminine fall to me and I’m here for it! Finally, I wore my new and called it a day. And what a great day it was since we were able to chat with a manager of Elsewhere and get the inside scoop!

Do you have a favorite local brewery?
