I have visited once! It is such a pretty city, with plenty of shopping and rooftop bars. For a hole-in-the-wall restaurant, try Taco Boy. They have the best tacos and margaritas!

Yum!! I love tacos and margaritas! Definitely going to try Taco Boy ๐ Thanks for the tip!

Congrats! This is so awesome! I used to live in Mt. Pleasant, which is right outside of Charleston, and all of my family lives there, so I still visit. If you plan on going to the beach, definitely hit up the Isle of Palms beach. It’s my favorite beach in that area. So pretty! If you’re looking for a good breakfast place, go to Seabiscuit Cafe. It’s just this adorable little restaurant near the Isle of Palms beach. They also only take cash, no cards or checks.
Have fun! I can’t wait to read all about it!

Thanks so much for the tips!! I can’t wait to go. I’ve always loved all the photos of Charleston I’ve seen! And breakfast is my fave, so I’ll totally stop by Seabiscuit Cafe!!

I have never been to Charleston but I would love to take a visit!

You will love it. I agree that Isle of Palms is a wonderful place for sun and beach. Love Foley Beach too. Downtown Charleston oozes old world charm but also has wonderful upscale shops. Just saying this makes me want to visit again!

That sounds like the perfect combo! I’ll definitely have to stop by Isle of Palms. I just hope it will be warm enough for the beach!

I’d love to visit the place. Please have a blog post about it when you come back from Charleston.
