Fall Prime Time

Happy fall! Can you believe it’s officially here? It doesn’t feel like it in Atlanta. It was 80º yesterday! But as the seasons transition, I always make sure to update my beauty routine. I adjust my cleanser, moisturizer, primer and of course my bronzer/blush and lip color. The most important one of these for me is getting the right amount of moisture that I need. And I’m excited to share that a found a new way to get some: from my Dermalogica hydrating primer.
Hydrablur is a moisturizing primer. It feels–and looks–different from other primers out there. It does have that soft, silky feeling of a standard primer, but this one is much thicker than most with a lotiony quality. It doesn’t feel too heavy; it feels just right, especially for fall and winter. Of course, you can still use your regular moisturizer together with hydrablur, but it would also be ok to wear alone since it provides a light coverage to balance skin tone (and blur those lines and pores!).
Prior to hydrablur, I was using Dermalogica’s redness relief primer, which I still use on blemishes. But now that the sun isn’t as strong as it was in the summer, I’m opting for hydrablur more often. I have super dry skin so any added moisture I can get is more than welcome! Oh and I almost forgot, if you want to try it for yourself, use code MEGAN at dermalogica.com for 20% off your order!
Have you ever tried Hydrablur? What’s your most important fall beauty tip?
