There are few things I love more than a good maxi dress. They are easy, comfortable, and when styled correctly, super chic. Maxi dresses are the perfect thing to just throw on for brunch with the girls or even for a day at the office. Besides their easy flow and stylish comfort, one of the best things about maxis is their versatility. You can change the entire look of a maxi dress just my changing the accessories. It can go from a dress to a skirt in a flash and from boho casual to classic beauty in seconds.

To take it from day to night, I suggest wearing it with a sweater for day and switching that out with some bling for nighttime. Your friends will think you spent hours changing and getting ready, when in reality, it just took a few minutes! L2B tip: With loose-fitting maxis, go for a tighter sweater or try belting your dress. For more fitted maxi dresses, go with looser outerwear to keep the overall look balanced. 

Here are a few of my favorite maxis. Although some are pretty pricey, it is possible to get more affordable maxis at places like H+M and Uniqlo.
