Feminine is definitely one of the words I would use to describe my style, and it certainly shines through in this look, doesn’t it?! I got this gorgeous handmade lace bodysuit a while back, but wasn’t quite sure how to style it. When I get great pieces like this, I really like to let them stand out. I couldn’t go too simple with the bottoms though, a pair of jeans for example, would be way too casual. I think this skirt was perfect! It kept the whole look light and summery.
To keep with the femininity, I wore these pretty flower earrings. They are huuuuuuge, but I love them. I’ve been wearing them quite a bit lately and I love what a statement piece they are. When you’re wearing these, you don’t really need much else as far as accessories go. I’ve actually just been getting into big, fun earrings like this lately. I used to wear only tiny little diamond studs because they’re easy and go with everything, but in the past six months or so, I’ve begun branching out. I think it’s definitely working for me!
I wore this pretty feminine summer outfit to dinner and drinks with two friends for both of their birthdays. We went to Leons in Decatur and it was perfect. It’s funny though, I’ve been to Leons one other time and I actually wore the same skirt! I didn’t realize it until I was already there. I really think I subconsciously connected the two when I was getting dressed. Oh well, I’d say it worked out!

Love that bodysuit girl and yes I’m always into big earrings. Sometimes i still just wear studs but usually when i go out or have a more dressy style i skip necklaces and just go for a pair of big bold statement earrings!
