Galentine’s Day Girls Night

I absolutely love hosting small parties and having friends over. Anytime there’s a special occasion like New Year’s, the college football national championship game (Roll Tide), or any holiday, I am always the first to volunteer to host. So when two of my best friends both came to visit the same weekend, I knew I had to bring all my girls together for a girls night in. I’m so glad that it perfectly fell on the weekend before Valentine’s Day so I could throw a Galentine’s Day themed get together.
As we all know, I’ve been loving pink lately, so that was the color scheme I used for the party. To tell you the truth, my bestie Meghann really saved me and picked out some awesome flowers and goodies for the party. I had some leftover decor from Geese & Ganders that I used for my last party and it worked out perfectly. I picked stuff that can really go with pretty much any theme, so I’ll definitely be reusing them for more parties! And instead of making food or putting out cheese and crackers like I usually do, I just ordered two pizzas that we absolutely devoured. But what could be better for a girls night in, right?!
As far as my outfit, I actually ended up wearing a dress that I got in a surprise Valentine’s Day package a pr company sent me. It was so perfect, I’m obsessed! The color is so gorgeous for this time of year and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s slightly too big, but I like the looser fit. I’d pair it with a big furry jacket for a date night, wouldn’t that be so cute?!
