Well, once again the weather is surprising us in Atlanta. It was 70 degrees today. In December. Whatever, no complaints from me! Since it was so warm, I took advantage and was finally able to wear my new Tobi asymmetrical wrap dress. This dress has been seen everywhere lately and I know why: It is so very flattering! I seriously felt like some sexy, curvy model or something. It was amazing!

Of course I had to top off my look with the newest hat to join my collection. I had been searching for a garnet colored hat for ages (ok, maybe just a few months) when I finally found the perfect one at Riffraff. I am in love with the wide brim. Seriously, the wider the better. And the floppiness of the brim makes it so relaxed and cool. I think I need this hat in every color.

To keep it a little rustic, I wore my fringe booties that I also got from Riffraff. They are so comfortable to walk in and they have this western chic vibe that’s hard to find. The bag I wore is an old one I’ve had for a while. It’s all the way from Nicaragua, where my mom is from. My mom brought it (along with so many other random things from my life, including my high school cheerleading uniform!) when she visited for Thanksgiving.

I have to admit, it’s strange wearing these kinds of clothes in December. Although I am from Florida, I realized I’ve gotten more used to the seasonal changes than I thought.

Does it feel like summer where you live too?
