If you saw my last post, you know that I spent my birthday in Turks & Caicos with my besties. Unfortunately, one of my very best friends, Danasia, couldn’t make it. She made up for missing it by taking me to Guadeloupe the week before my Turks trip. That’s a good friend, right?!
We spent our time going from beach to beach. And drinking lots of rum. I really loved Guadeloupe, and I’m so glad Danasia introduced me to the island. Everyone there speaks French since it is a French-owned island, but we made it through just fine. On my favorite beach day, I wore my new Triya bathing suit and cover-up. How pretty is this print?! Triya is totally my new favorite swimwear brand. I wore their suits during my entire trip to Turks & Caicos too. So so pretty! And nice enough to wear to dinner with a matching maxi skirt. But more on that later.
Guadeloupe is such an easy getaway from Atlanta with a quick direct flight on AirFrance. Since I’m always chasing summer, I hope to make it back there again one day!
