I came up with this recipe for two reasons: I love cheese and I love bread. To me, no meal is complete without it. Of course, to please those healthy people out there, we have some fresh veggies to use with the dip, but the star of the show is the pita crostini. All I did was cut them in four and warm them in a pan with some olive oil. Perfection!
I chose to top my crostini with caramelized onions (pro tip: to speed along the caramelization process, add balsamic glaze). I also created a fresh tomato option since we just came into a big box of large ripe Georgia tomatoes – thanks, Stef!
Everyone else in the house was absolutely loving the dip. It’s so unbelievably creamy and beyond tasty. That feta flavor just does it for me! And there’s nothing better than getting two sides out of one recipe, right?!

This looks so tasty! I definitely love savory treats more and you can go wrong with feta on anything!
