I Have the Best Boyfriend (Jeans)

Boyfriend jeans is one of those trends that I did not take to at first. Although I always thought they looked great on some people (like all the models and celebrities that wear them), I never thought that I could pull them off. I’m still not sure how great they look on me, but I was lucky enough to receive a pair as a gift from one of my best friends who works for Current/Elliott. As soon as I tried them on, I fell in love.
Arguably the best thing about boyfriend jeans is that they are SUPER comfortable. I can wear these jeans lounging at home and if I have to run to go out somewhere, I don’t have to worry about changing my clothes. They’re perfect paired with nude booties and a plaid top if you want to dress them down, and easily dressed up with heels and a fitted top to create a stylish, balanced look.

I decided to go in between dressed up and dressed down with this look by styling my boyfriend jeans with a graphic top, a rhinestone statement necklace and some rockstud stilettos.

I never got into the trend either because I thought they looked sloppy on me but I love how you mixed the comfortable look with feminine touches like the necklace and shoes.

You look like a model off-duty in these pictures! My problem with boyfriend jeans is that I haven’t been able to find one that looks as good on me as it does on other bloggers. They are supposed to be fitted at the waist, but loose through the legs, right? And looser as you go down? I feel like I’m drowning in the pairs that I’ve tried on!

OMG, thank you so much!! Mine are actually loose in the waist too. I got my normal size and I can pull them off without unbuttoning them at the end of the day, but they still stay on when I’m just walking or whatever. I probably could have gone down a size, but I got these as a gift so I didn’t try them on before owning them.

I really love the jacket…I was crossing my finger while I was scrolling down that its some where I can get to…but NO….its sold out. lol. Of course, with my luck, it is:).
