After having lots of rainy, cold weather here in Atlanta, we finally got some warmth over the weekend! Everyone was over the moon about it – the beltline was completely packed and Piedmont Park was poppin. Since I have been bundled up for so long (first in San Fransisco, then here at home), I was getting a little bit of cabin fever – especially when it came to my wardrobe. I just felt like I needed to dress up and feel pretty. So I did!

I got this pretty recently, but had a hard time styling it, mainly because of the freezing weather! So as soon as temps allowed, I had to put it on. I didn’t know what to pair it with. I thought maybe a rocker tee and a leather jacket would be cool, but I was feeling more feminine, so my search continued. Then I came across this (similar one !) that I bought a while back but totally forgot about (again, probably because it’s freezing!). It was perfect!

I wore it with simple . The pattern and texture added some dimension to the look while keeping with the feminine vibes I was feelin. Finally, I added my earrings. These are a few years old, but I love them. I rarely wear them though because I’m typically very casual, so I love any chance I get to wear them! I grabbed my classic Gucci and was out the door! I did bring a faux leather jacket, but I didn’t even end up needing it in the 65-degree weather. Now if Atlanta could just be consistent and stay there instead of getting cold and rainy again…
