Soooo sledding is like, so much fun. When I was in Breckenridge earlier this month, I made it my mission to experience new winter activities besides skiing. It wasn’t that hard at all. There’s just so much to do in Breck! I went sledding down a hill on what could have been a trash can lid and had so much fun. Yes, I was laughing all the way.
I bundled up in my classic peacoat that I got last year and added a scarf for extra warmth. It definitely helped but of course, once again, I forgot gloves. Oops. It wasn’t that bad though, really. Oh and I wore my first ever snow boots! Tbh I don’t think it made that much of a difference but whatevs, they were cute at least, right?
If you’re a noob like me and forget gloves, you need lotion. You’d think that the snow would moisturize right? Maybe? No. Not at all. My skin has never been so dry in my life. I slathered this stuff on between each ride and luckily it is unscented otherwise I’d probably attract a bear or something, I was wearing so much. So friendly PSA: bring lotion when you’re in the snow!
Have you ever been sledding?
