So I have to admit: I’m feeling a little torn lately. It’s December so that means winter to me, yet the fall leaves are still in full force here in Atlanta and they’re just so darn pretty. I can’t help but jump out of the car when I see a fall scene like this one. Which is exactly what my bestie Meghann and I did this weekend when we were on our way to get our nails done!

It was starting to get cold for the first time here so I of course immediately went for the black pieces in my closet. I really wanted to wear my new . Can you believe these beauties were under $60?! I’m obsessed. I’m also really loving faux layered sweaters and I scored during Cyber Monday so I wore it for the first time with my more structured on top.

I almost went with jeans, but for some reason I was feeling the greyscale vibes and I grabbed these I got two years ago. They still fit like a glove. Note to self: wear these pants more often. The final touch was my new that–sorry in advance–will be on repeat this winter. I wore my hair naturally curly and added a deep red lip for a little touch of color. I’m actually really excited for cooler weather fashion-wise. Hello layers and boots!
