Now I can’t remember the last time I actually wore any. Being in the sun every day and actually being happy works wonders yall ☀️ Every. Single. Day. I may or may not be addicted to a certain class 🤭 And what a ride it has been! It’s crazy to think @mquinlan22 and I met at freshman year orientation and now @neakerr31 is about to start high school herself! Love these two & @_kdotkerr_ more than words can say! 🌶️🌶️ Life is the special occasion! I’ll always elevate any experience to make it memorable ✨ it’s kinda my thing And I’m still shopping for more I haven’t eaten animals in 20 years and now that I’m fully vegan, I’ve never felt better inside and out! I strongly believe every person is different and you should eat what makes you feel good! Living in a blue zone doesn’t hurt either. 85 degrees or higher all day baby Iced coffee is one thing I won’t sacrifice! I loveeeeee my morning ritual at @rollingwavescr and I love my RW boys even more! Life starts after Rolling Waves 🫶🏼🧋 How this all fell into place so quickly I’ll never know, but I’m eternally grateful for the friends that have become family. I’m home 💗

Excuse me while I try not to make yoga my whole pe Excuse me while I try not to make yoga my whole personality 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ This practice has helped me grow in ways I never imagined. From being a burnt out eldest daughter and mommy to too many grown men to taking care of my own mind, body, and spirit here in Costa Rica, I’ve come full circle.
