I don’t know about you, but I’m now at the age where my mom isn’t the only lady in my life celebrated on Mother’s Day. Friends are having babies left and right and it’s hard to keep up! Not to mention grandmothers, aunts and my besties’ moms. So this year, I’ve decided to build a gift guide for all different kinds of moms. Here’s what’s on my Mother’s Day gift guide:
1. Luxury Beauty Products
Lots of moms skimp on caring for themselves when they have children since they’re always putting everyone else first. This is a great opportunity to remind the moms in your life just how special they are and how much they deserve for all their hard work!
2. Personalized Jewelry
This go-to is a classic for a reason: personalized jewelry is awesome and moms love a way to keep their kids close to their heart. Enter the personalized necklace or bracelet. I personally love the pieces that have a birthstone or astrological sign option (like the piece I designed for TAudrey!), but name or initial pieces are great as well!
3. DIY it
If there’s one thing all moms love, it’s a gift from the heart. Short on cash this year? Make something special for your mom. Darby Smart has some really amazing kits that any mom would love!
4. Girls Weekend
As we all know, I am obsessed with traveling so of course a girls weekend to somewhere new is an ideal gift. All moms love spending time with their daughters! If you’re thinking about getting a girls getaway for your bestie, she could likely stand to take a break from responsibilities for a weekend (if she’s able to, of course)! I personally love Airbnb for an affordable and authentic experience – get $25 off by signing up here.
5. A Nice Handbag
Accessories are always a great option for gifts since you don’t have to worry about sizing. And I mean, who doesn’t love a good handbag?! Chances are if she’s a new mom, she probably spent more on her diaper bag than a nice handbag, so treat the special lady with a beautiful bag she’ll love for years to come!
