Movember: Raising Men’s Health Awareness

This year was the first year I have heard about Movember: the movement to raise awareness for men’s health. For the month of November, men grow out their mustaches to remind others to get checked out by a doctor regularly. Obviously women can’t participate in the same way, but Golden Stella has found a way to include us all! This month, they chose a select amount of bloggers to partner up with to use jewelry to raise awareness! I chose a cute rhinestone encrusted ring to show my support.
Movember is a great cause to get involved in and now thanks to the recent mustache trend, it’s easy for anyone to get involved!

Nothing. I do think that Al Roker and the others look funny when they don’t shave. And laughter is the best medicine?
