You know how you have that one bronzer that is the perfect shade, intensity and price? Ok, well maybe the last part is hard to find, but lucky for me, I have been using a bronzer this is not only perfect for my skin, but is also affordable, since high school. Yep, I’ve been using the same bronzer for over ten years: Physicians Formula.
Since I can buy it pretty much anywhere and it looks great, I’ve always stuck with it. It’s the one with the sun in the compact when you first buy it – so cute! But they recently came out with a new bronzer called nude wear. I was instantly attracted to it because I like my makeup to look as natural as possible and when I saw that they came out with a powder, blush and highlighter with the same name, I knew it had to be mine.

This line is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall. While we still want to keep that summer glow, it’s important not to overdo it. That’s where Physicians Formula nude wear comes in. These products give you that pretty, healthy look without going over the top and looking fake (/orange). I start with a BB cream base and then use the highlighter to bring out my cheekbones. Then I dust on some powder, bronze my face in the 3 pattern (forehead, cheek, jawline) on each side of my face. Finally, I add just a touch of blush on my cheeks and I’m good to go. This simple everyday routine is quick, easy, and leaves me feeling flawless.
In fact, I love my Physicians Formula so much that I raved about it in this month’s InStyle magazine! Woohoo! Be sure to pick up the October issue out now and find me on page 272!

That’s amazing that you’ve found a product that you love so much that you’ve been using it for a decade! I don’t think I’ve been using anything that long besides Chapstick haha. I’ll definitely be picking up an issue of InStyle to see what you had to say! That’s so exciting!

I know, I love it! I’m the same way with Bare Minerals, although I plan to finally try something new next. I thought it’d be nice to try something new for once!

That is a long time! I’ve been loving Nars bronzer right now, for me is hard to find a bronzer that really works, but I’m happy with that one right now. But I’m curious to try this one now 😉

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Nars bronzer, but I’ve never tried it. I’ll have to finally try it one of these days!

That’s amazing you’ve had a ~10 year stint with the same stuff! I’m currently using Physicians Formula tinted moisturizer, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. I’ll have to check out this new line…it’s sounds like a winner! And congrats on InStyle (:

I have worn Physicians Formula for about as long and adore the new line, especially the eyeliner and bronzer. I have rosacea and sometimes do not wear foundation when in a hurry but I can comfortably wear P.F. bronzer without flare-ups and it covers any redness.
