Nothing quite says fall like plaid & (faux) leather, right? This past weekend, Johnny and I went to a fall festival and I knew I had to dress accordingly. I had this plaid top that I got a few weeks back, but I haven’t had the opportunity to wear it yet. This was finally my chance! I layered the sheer blouse on top of my handy Miss Me tank and kept warm with a jacket that has a faux leather panel & faux leather accents. It actually ended up being pretty hot in the afternoon, but the jacket came in handy later.
We spent the day browsing locally made products at Stone Mountain park before heading to the main Stone Moutain attraction. We got there at 4:59, just as the last group was heading up the mountain. We were too late to join in to go to the top of the “mountain” (it’ seriously just like a big rock). So instead we just walked around the grounds and enjoyed the outdoors. We happened upon a little terrace that gave a beautiful view of the sun setting behind the mountain.

It was so nice to have a quintessential fall day like that. Even if it was pretty hot until the sun went down. We left with two pumpkins and I’m excited to continue with the fall spirit!
