I’ve been having such an amazing time here in Kauai, it’s hard to imagine going back to the freezing weather in Atlanta. Sadly, I’m going back today (tear!!), but I still have a week of posts to share and I will definitely be reliving my trip with each and every one!
These photos were taken at the beach at the Koa Kea resort we stayed at for a couple nights. The whole place was so nice and absolutely perfect for our romantic getaway to Kauai. I wore my retro style aerie bathing suit and as I ran into the water, I totally felt like Allie from the Notebook! I really really love the flattering style of the top and the high rise bottoms. I felt totally happy and comfortable with my body, which is not common for me when I’m in a bikini. But this style fit my body perfectly and I had so much fun running around on the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunshine.
After a day full of beach fun in this bathing suit, I think the retro style has become my favorite. But I do have like 5 more to share so stay tuned!

First of all, High Five to finding the perfect Bikini that suits your body, and flatters it perfectly!! I could only wish to wear a Bikini and look as great as you do in one!! I love everything about the “Retro” Bikini, and think it brings more of a confidence out in a woman, and is a much classier look.. Thanks for blogging this!! 🙂
