Slim Down For Spring Break: Smoothie Edition

Get the skinny on these energizing drinks that will keep you going all day long and get you that spring break bod you want before you it’s time to hit the beach! Here are easy three recipes that guarantee positive results!
The All Day Energizer
Just the thing you need to jump start your day and fill you up before you hit the books!
Ingredients:
½ a mango
½ a banana
Handful fresh or frozen blueberries
4 oz of apple juice
2 tbsp plan yogurt
A few ice cubes
Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients into the blend, blend until smooth and enjoy!
Beach Bod Smoothie
Drink this smoothie for breakfast and lunch and you’ll feel ready for that bikini in no time!
Ingredients:
1 banana, roughly chopped
4 or 5 strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 small peach, peeled and roughly chopped
1 heaping cup (or more) fresh spinach leaves, thoroughly rinsed
Splash vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients into the blend, blend until smooth and enjoy!
Workout Boost
Take in this smoothie before you hit the gym and you’ll get that extra little kick you need to make it through your workout!
Ingredients:
4-5 frozen strawberries
Handful of raspberries
1 banana, sliced and frozen
3-4 pineapple slices, frozen
1/2 cup orange juice (I squeezed juice from 2 oranges)
Instructions: Mix all of the ingredients into the blend, blend until smooth and enjoy!
