Now that we’re officially done with Dry January, give me all the cocktail recipes! I’ve been having so much fun mixing things up lately, and this rose spritzer is just in time for Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re celebrating with your significant other, hanging solo, or gathering with the girls for Galentine’s Day, this Strawberry Rosé Spritzer is sure to please.

I’m always interested in wine cocktails, champagne cocktails, and even beer cocktails, so when I was dreaming up something pink, rosé came to mind as the perfect base for my Vday sipper. I knew I wanted a clear liquor and I just happened to have vodka on my bar shelf, so that decision was made, though I do think gin would work great for this as well. I then browsed my fridge and found some blood orange sparkling soda I bought last month for mocktails, and I was set.

I actually saw the strawberry heart idea on Tiktok so I totally borrowed that. And then for a little bit of magical fun, I added edible glitter, which gives this drink a final touch of joy.

You can always adjust this Strawberry Rosé Spritzer cocktail recipe by adding more san Pellegrino, which is what one of my friends chose to do. That’s the best part about a rose spritzer – it’s very easily adjustable to taste! I also would have added blood orange rounds as an additional garnish, but unfortunately, the grocery store was sold out. Next time!
