One of my favorite things about Europe is the espresso. I know we have it here in the US, but it’s different. Americans drink jumbo coffees full of sugar and milk. And I have to admit, I do it too. But I love how a nice double espresso can really get you going in the morning. Or how sipping on an espresso after dinner helps wind down the night–or gets you ready for the next stop at a fab bar.

But I have a confession to make: I usually add one packet of raw sugar and maybe a little but of cold water. Which technically makes it an Americano. Fitting, I guess. Every morning in Paris, I was forced to wake up way too early, so espresso was required. On this day, we got ready and went to a little cafe for some espresso and breakfast. I got an omelet and it was huge, but tasty.

I wore this blue striped jumpsuit I got at the Zara on Champs-Élysées with my new wedges. I never thought a jumpsuit this length would look good on me since I’m so short, but I’m so glad I tried this one on. I love it! I think the heels made a difference. I would have loved to wear it with flats, but the wedges definitely looked better than any flats I had with me. I think next time I’ll try it with some simple white keds if I have lots of walking to do.

That’s another thing I love about jumpsuits: most of them can be dressed up or down. While this is still pretty casual, It’s totally appropriate for dinner. And then with some keds, I could wear this to run errands, go shopping, or grab lunch with a friend. I love these new sunglasses too. They’re trendy and chic (and just $5!) – such a great combo. I have 2 more jumpsuits I’ve gotten recently, and I can’t wait to style them too! I think I’ve found a new favorite trend. Here are some faves similar to the one I wore here that I found online:
