Elsewhere in Grant Park
We have a new brewery in the hood! Ever since we moved to Grant Park in July, we’ve been excited to see the development of the community. In recent years, Grant Pak was seen as a quiet, residential area, which it still is to a degree. I’m happy to say more and more small local businesses are popping up, even through this uncertain economy.
I can’t believe it’s almost November and I’m wearing shorts. After our fake fall, we have entered our third summer, ha! Seriously, I’ve been going outside all ready for fall and have had to take off my jacket every single time. But whatever, I’ll take warm over cold any day!
How to Wear a Summer Dress Into Fall
Now that fall has officially arrived in the south, I’ve been left scrambling for warm clothes and cute fall outfits due to my fall and winter clothes being locked away in storage. Since I haven’t had a chance to go grab them yet, I’ve had to get creative.
A Taste of Fall
I found a little bit of fall y’all! If you watched my stories while I was in Boston, then you already know that there was literally one fall tree that I found in the public garden. So obviously I took the opportunity to snap some outfit photos.
Coastal New England
When I picture New England, a rocky beach and a lighthouse are the first things that come to mind. So, of course, this coastal scenic view was at the top of my list when visiting the area. I’m so glad to say that I found it! While this lighthouse is smaller than I anticipated, it’s surely much better than the first lighthouse we routed to.
