Even though it’s September, it’s been in the high eighties here in Atlanta. So while I’m feeling inspired for fall as I browse on Instagram and other blogs, I still have to dress cool enough for the southern heat. I’m trying to blend summer and fall styles, which is what I did here with the stripes and darker bag. This shirt is actually just a regular , but I rolled the sleeves and tied it up to help with the heat.

Black and white stripes totally give me fall vibes for some reason, but maybe it’s just me. I wore my , which I call my grandma flats, but I love them so much. They’re seriously so comfortable and I think they’re totally cute! I accessorized with a newer , some pretty , and my big, round .

I went with a black bag for the reason I mentioned, I feel like I really wanted to go with a fall look and fall = dark colors, right? I looked for this bucket bag (it’s old, but here’s the ) for so long, because I knew I wanted to wear a bucket bag. I need more of them, actually. I always find myself looking for a bucket bag. But this one was perfect – it’s classic with just a touch of extra style with the embellishments.
