For the past year now I have been loving all things white. I even painted all of the walls in my room white (almost exclusively so I could have a white background for my Instagram photos, but that’s a different story) and my whole workspace is based on a white palette. There’s just something so fresh and clean about the color (or lack of?) that I really love. And that definitely carries over into my wardrobe, especially during the summer!

Summer whites are my fave. So much so that I actually hosted a white party at Kendra Scott with some fellow bloggers recently. But as we all know, white has a tendency to make us look a little bigger than we actually are. Enter Maidenform. Maidenform is the first brand of shapewear that I actually don’t mind wearing. I’ve experience no riding up issues and the smoothing the pieces offer is unmatched.

I think everyone can get some use out of shapewear. No matter your size, you don’t always look smooth–it’s just how our bodies are made–so when you have that one dress you love, but you don’t feel comfortable wearing because of that one spot that doesn’t look right, Maidenform can smooth things out so your confidence is back and you’re ready to strut your stuff.

For my white themed party, I wore the Comfort Devotion Smooth Body Full Slip under my Darling dress. It’s funny because some people did mention I looked like I had lost weight. Nope! It was just my Maidenform!

Have you ever tried Maidenform shapewear?
