First of all, I have to address the fact that I wore my hair natural on the blog! I haven’t worn it like this in public in forever. I was feeling a little lazy and timing just wasn’t on my side yesterday, so I decided to just go with it. I did curl a few pieces to avoid looking like a complete mess. Anyway, I was feeling inspired to wear white jeans–I love wearing white in winter–so I paired them with my new C. Wonder sweater (which is 75% off, btw) and then added my new Taxidermy bag which I thought went perfectly! I am really loving tan and grey together lately and the natural print on the bag was just what this outfit needed.

I slid on my new booties, which I think are the perfect transitional shoes to take me through all the seasons, to complete the outfit. I really tried to find some jewelry to add, but I found that keeping it simple was best. I did pile on some stacking rings though. I wore this look for a day running errands and working on a new design. Although I work from home, I always feel so much more productive when I get dressed in a cute outfit that I love. Wearing pajamas all day just doesn’t work for getting things done!

Johnny always tells me to move around when we’re taking photos. The above is what I always do. I never know how to “move around” naturally! Anyway, I ended up really loving this simple look and totally had a great day because of it. Don’t you love it when that happens?
