Turns out, there are laws that prohibit drink special at certain times of the day (lame), so we took it upon ourselves to create our very own happy hour to share with you–our readers! This month, our posts are sponsored by Cathead Vodka, so each Friday, we will share a new drink recipe using the Pumpkin Spice flavor the company sent to us. The Pumpkin Spice vodka is a great way to spice up a drink for fall. This week, we used Bailey’s and some homemade coffee to create our very own Pumpkin Creme Martini. Here’s how we made it: cathead vodka, pumpkin spice, martini, bailey's Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 oz Cathead Pumpkin Spice Vodka, 2 oz Bailey’s Coffee Flavor, and 3 oz coffee. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon and chocolate shavings. To shave the chocolate, simply take a knife to the edge of the chocolate and shave it downwards. It’s a lot easier than it seems! Photo Oct 04, 9 52 24 AM And that’s it! Danasia and I really enjoyed our Pumpkin Creme Martinis and we hope you do too! Read Danasia’s post here.
