Isn’t it funny how changing one detail can completely transform your look? When I get a haircut or highlights, I feel like a brand new woman. The same thing happens when you change your brow shape or fullness. And I’ve discovered the case is the same with lipstick color.
I was just introduced to AERIN Beauty Rose Collection a few weeks ago and I’m so happy I was. To test out my new lipstick theory, I’ve created a light, feminine look inspired by the rose collection and tried three different lip colors with the outfit to see how much it changes the vibe. Take a look for yourself!
{ floral heels ℅ Palter DeLiso // lipstick 1: perfect nude // lipstick 2: coral sand // lipstick 3: geranium }
The “perfect nude” is simple and mature, “coral sand” is sweet and fun and “geranium” is bold and loud. All looks are feminine, but just a quick change of lip color and throwing up your hair can make such a big difference in the overall vibe of a look!

Love all of these shades, they look great with your outfit! I’m always so hesitant to do bold lip colors but the geranium shade is perfect!

I am all about lipstick! I’m feeling kinda lame now that my lipstick collection is all the way in DC while I’m in NY. I can’t wait to get them all back.
