Soooooo I just booked a flight to Mexico!!! In all the travels I’ve had, can you believe I’ve never been there?! I’m heading south of the border to Mexico City with my close friends Alex and Lauren. I can’t wait for the tropical girls’ trip. In the meantime, I’m swooning over my pictures from Australia and dreaming about the next warm weather destination.
Back in Sydney, I was surprised by all the little tiny beaches that are sprinkled throughout the city. This was one of them, called Watsons Bay. It was almost like a cute little town, complete with homes, restaurants, coffee shops and lots of boats. My photographer told me that this area is used for weddings a lot, and I can totally see why. The quaint little area feels so charming and sweet!
I wore two pieces that will undoubtedly be worn several more times this summer: a flowy off the shoulder white top with ruffled bell sleeves, and embroidered shorts. I’ve really been loving printed shorts lately and kind of stocked up on them at Zara when I was in Australia. They’re just so easy! Especially considering I have about a million white tops. I’ve decided Zara is way better in every other country, by the way. This has been confirmed by several people, so I’m going to say it’s true. I think the selection is just better!
I’ll definitely be bringing these pieces to Mexico City with me, but I’ll be sure to style them differently so I can share some variations here! And I’m totally taking Mexico City travel tips. Please share in the comments!
Where is your favorite tropical destination?

I’ve honestly never taken a “tropical” vacation. I am more of a sight seeing kinda gal and I don’t really care for sitting around on a beach. I would like to visit Costa Rica someday, though.
April 17, 2017 @ 5:03 pm
Costa Rica is absolutely incredible! One of the best places I’ve been.
