Winter Weekend

Merry Christmas week! I’m always one of those people that says “Happy Holidays” because no matter what you celebrate, I want you to have a good one! To tell you the truth, I’m not even religious but Christmas gets me so excited. I think it’s just the memory of that special family time growing up. Plus my sister will be here on Christmas day so whatever, I’m saying it: Merry Christmas!
As December comes to an end, there’s no denying the cold winter weather that has arrived in Atlanta. It has been so gloomy for weeks now and with no sun in sight, I have been avoiding the outdoors as much as I can. But sometimes that leads to a little case of cabin fever. So this weekend, Johnny and I went out to lunch with some of his good friends. His bestie is in town so we all got together for some food and beer.

I got tons of compliments on my hat and I am in love with these shoes! We had a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to hanging out with them again later this week for a holiday/anniversary party on Wednesday. I’m super excited about the skirt I’ll be wearing so stay tuned for those photos!

That hat is so adorable! I’ve been wanting to try more hats but I’m not sure if I could pull them off. lol! I’m not a very religious person either but I’m super excited about Christmas! I can’t wait! I can’t believe it’s only a couple days away!
