bonnaroo

I am soooo incredibly excited to share that I am in Tennessee right now attending all four days of Bonnaroo on behalf of Skype! This is one of the greatest opportunities that has come to me via blogging and I couldn’t be more grateful and excited!

Since I’ve never been to Bonnaroo, I’m really looking forward to the overall experience, but most especially I am excited about the fashion, the music (obviously!) and the new friends I’ll be making! Music festivals are such incredible events and I have always heard that Bonnaroo is in a league of it’s own, so I can’t wait to experience that first hand.

For my first day at Bonnaroo, I went with a simple tee, cutoffs, my amazing Desigual booties and some amazing accessories. Obviously, fringe is a must at any music festival, so I made sure to fulfill that requirement on the first day with this crossbody bag. I also brought a change of shoes and am so glad I did!

I think my favorite show of the day was Cherub, but I also really enjoyed Taran Killam & friends in the comedy tent. I actually got really lucky with that because I didn’t know I needed a ticket and it wasn’t until I was already in line for about 20 minutes (and like next to finally enter the tent) that the people in front of me asked if I had a ticket. WTF! Luckily, they had some extras. Talk about hitting the jackpot! Yay!

Overall, the first day was definitely a success. I had so much fun with my new friends Camille from the PR agency working with Skype and Kim from Lockeland Springsteen. Be sure to follow us on our adventures throughout the weekend using the hashtag #skypeshare on social media! And I’ll be updating you here as well, of course.

Have you ever been to Bonnaroo? What is your favorite thing about music festivals?
