70s style, casual 70s outfit ideas, how to wear bell bottoms, how to wear a ringer tee, elliott street pub, casual style

I feel like I was meant to be alive in the 60s and 70s. Ever since I learned about the culture back then, I’ve felt like I’d fit in perfectly. Well, besides the no wifi and texting thing. Not sure if I could do that. But since I live in the 21st century, I’ll just pretend with this and all the bell bottoms.

I got these bell bottom jeans after stopping by my to return some things. I thought I’d take a quick look around while I was in there and of course ended up leaving with way too many things. But I can’t regret it because I mean, just look at them!! I am obsessed! Since they’re high rise, I like pairing them with something cropped and preferably 70s style. Since this I stole from my sister (thanks girl) isn’t cropped, I decided to knot it. Perfect, right?

I wore this 70s style outfit for a fun weekend day. Bae and I spent the day exploring Atlanta, including one of our favorite neighborhoods, Grant Park. Then he suggested we grab a beer at one of his favorite bars: Elliott Street Pub. I was immediately in since Elliott is my last name – meant to be! After we ordered, I saw there was a street sign that said Elliott Street. So cool! I had to get a picture with it. Nothing professional, just for a memory. We were immediately rudely yelled at by the manager who treated us like we were the scum of the earth for wanting to take a photo inside. I tried not to let it ruin my day, but the bar will forever be tarnished by that memory. Whatever. At least I looked cute!

What’s your favorite decade?
